Very nice place :)

Lucia was a very friendly, responsive and thoughtful host. Having arrived late on a transfer from Palma she had left pies, cake and beer, which went down very well! The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Thoroughly enjoyed exploring the mountains each day on the bikes and will be definitely coming back!

We had a great time at this apartment. It was clean, spacious and beautiful. Lucia is a great host. I reccomend this to everyone!

Everything was great.

We’ve stayed at apartment for a week. The place was wonderful! Lucia met us and explained everything and provided us with local maps of sites and gave some tips how to spent our time. Some fruits, drinks and pie were waiting us at the kitchen. The rooms were tidy and clean. The boiler has 100l capacity, so you need make sure that you are using water accordingly. If you are higher than >6” or 185cm you can have some issues with shower as the cabin has limits. I needed to bent or sit. Everything else was good and the Lucia provided help on all the occasions.

We also had the opportunity to ask Lucia for suggestions on where to go and which places to visit during our stay and she provided what turned out to be highlights of our holiday. The apartment was in a great location and Lucia made sure we were settled in and happy throughout our stay. I would strongly recommend Lucia as a host and the location of this apartment in Puerto Pollensa is fantastic for blue flag local beaches, shops and restaurants. The local neighbors are friendly and the apartment itself is clean, comfortable and perfect for a family of four or five.”

A group of 7 of us stayed in this lovely apartment. Lucia met us upon arrival via transfer (which she helped organise) and we felt at home straight away. Lucia also left some snacks for us to enjoy after our travels getting there! The apartment was as advertised with a nice sunny patio out the front ideal for eating breakfast on the sun in the morning. Lucia was a great host and drove us to the bus stops and supermarket to help us get our bearings of the town. The apartment is fine for 7 people aslong as your 4 people in your party are ok sharing a double bed (it was fine for us). We had a great time in Port de Pollença and would love to visit again!

The food gift box was excellent and very welcomed. Lucia who we dealt with couldn't do enough for us. She was fantastic :-) Weather was really good for the whole week!

“My daughter staid in this apprtm with 6 friends. All the girls were very happy about the choice. They told me it was a great experiance, the appartment was perfect for the group. Beach, shops, restaurants all at walking distance. The appartment was nice and clean, the pool was great. And above all Lucia was heartwarming. As a mother I was a bit concerned, but Lucia was a great host. She welcomed them at the busstop...there was food and drinks to welcome them, was allways reachable for their questions even did some shopping for them...”“Thanks a lot Lucia! “Lucia was great she was meeting us up in the apartment showing us all importand things and she also brought a startup kit with drinks and food. when we got hit by a car in the parking lot she also helped us with translation in the police station. the apartment was clean and nice the kitchen had all utiletys that you need. the pool was 20 m away and beach 200 m. me and my family will be back soon again.”

“We were late due to delayed flight and long waiting at the airport, arrived almost 9pm, and Lucia was very nice and waiting for us. We had food and snacks prepared, which was really good, after a long flight the last thing you want is to try to find a restaurant or grocery store. Lucia gave us nice tips to go to and see, and restaurants to visit. Very nice host.”

Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet. Das Bad für eine fünfköpfige Familie etwas klein. Es wurden genügend Handtücher unSrandtücher zur Verfügung gestellt.etwas störend zuBeginn unseres Aufenthalts war Der muffige Geruch in der Wohnung, da wir wahrscheinlich die ersten Besucher dieser Saison waren.das würde aber schon am zweiten Tag weniger.Der Weg zum Strand ist mit Kindern ideal und sehr kurz. Lucia ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin und sehr kinderfreundlich. Gegenüber gibt es Hühner und Ziegen zu beobachten.

“We all had a lovely time. Lucia made us feel very welcome and we where very grateful for the food package that was awaiting us when we arrived. Parking for hire car was ample, 2 sets of keys to 2 separate doors meant that if the group split up, we where not tied up by who had a set of keys. The apartment was clean and cosy. “Super séjour à Port de Pollensa. Le quartier est à la fois proche de la plage, de restaurants et magasins et calme. Petite résidence et voisinage agréable. La piscine bien entretenue, un peu fraîche mais c'est normal en cette saison! Appartement propre, bien équipé et fidèle aux photos. Lucia nous a très bien accueillis avec plein de spécialités locales c'était très appréciable. Elle nous a indiqué ce que l'on pouvait visiter et faire, les manifestations du moment.... rien à dire. The appartment is very clean and well equipped. The food stuff when we arrived was an excellent surprise, especially the famous ensaimada. Furthermore Lucia gave us relevant tourist informations and was helpful. A very pleasant week at Port Pollença!

Upon arrival, Lucia left us a great range of sweet and savoury treats which was very much appreciated. It made the place feel like home. Lucia was very friendly and whenever we had any questions, she was always quick to respond. The apartment was in a great location, very close to the beach and easily accessible, very clean and all round a great stay! We made lots of use of the pool and the terrace. We, family with 2 older children, have a nice 10 days holiday in Port Pollenca. Lucia welcomed us with a typical Spanish cake. The apartment looks like exactly on photo's ( very nice). There is all you need and many thanks to Lucia, a very friendly host. She gave us information on the local market and places of interest. The apartment is at the ground floor with direct access to the garden with swimming pool. It was really nice to enjoy the breakfast in the morning sun on the terrace. We have explored the area by car and the weather was beautiful. The beach is nearby (200 metres). Our return trip was in the evening, we were allowed to use the apartment all day. I can anyone recommend this apartment.

We (6 cyclist) stayed for one week. Lucia welcomed us with some typical Spanish food, which we appreciated a lot after the journey. The location is really nice as a starting point for cycle tours either mountains or flat areas of Mallorca. Lucia send us some information for cycle tours in advance, which is really helpful when you come for the first time. The apartment is at the ground floor, with direct access to the garden bbq etc. it was really nice to enjoy the breakfast in the morning sun on the terrace. The apartment offers everything you need, washing machine etc... We would come again...

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in diesem Apartment verbracht. Lucia war eine professionelle und super nette Gastgeberin, die sich verantwortungsbewusst um alles gekümmert hat. Wir wurden sehr liebevoll und herzlich (sogar mit Abendbrot aufgrund unserer späten Anreise!) von ihr empfangen. Das Apartment ist so wie auf den Bildern dargestellt, es war sehr sauber und für 4 Personen von der Größe her völlig ausreichend. Wir genossen unser Frühstück auf der Terasse, abends haben wir oft gekocht. Da wir im März da waren, war etwas manchmal etwas kalt in der Wohnung, aber es gibt eine Elektroheizung und im Sommer ist die Kälte in der Wohnung sicherlich ein Segen. Wir können das Apartment und Lucia als Gastgeberin absolut empfehlen, es gab überhaupt keine Probleme. Vielen Dank für die tolle Woche!
